We invite you again to our mixed bag. The premiere issue of Canoe met with untold excitement... We thank you for your words of encouragement. The saddest yet greatest comment was, 'no, this wasn't produced here'. Sad, because anything of such quality must be foreign. Great? Well, we were being compared with the best. We took on board comments aimed at improving our magazine. Some desire more content [written articles] and others think Ghanaians don't read, so definately more pictures. Result, more of everything... in good time.

Canoe is simply Canoe; one of Ghana's main modes of transport some golden years back. They carted everything; luxury items, alcohol, grocery, livestock, waxprint, tradestock, weapons and ferried people cross seas and villages linked with rivers.
